Milas Sobotka
Milas Sobotka is a talented Czech IT specialist who has dedicated more than 15 years to software development and IT project management. His career spans working in large companies, where he created technological solutions, introduced innovations, and changed established processes.
At the ProfStav Czech Republic, Milas Sobotka held the position of IT Director. Here, he developed and implemented a digital transformation strategy that optimized the operation of all key business processes. One of his most significant achievements was the creation of OptorimaNet, an automated IT infrastructure management system that increased data processing speed and reduced operating costs.
Before that, he worked at a Retail Company, developing an automated printing system using Delphi, Fast Report, and Dev Express. His solutions significantly sped up the price update processes and minimized errors in product labeling.
His path then led him to PRAIM LINK where, as lead software engineer, he developed new features for the enterprise software suite, optimized code and improved database performance on the Microsoft SQL Server platform.
Working at Gross International was another significant milestone, where he created software products for media analytics and financial reporting. At Global Private, he developed solutions for system analysis, adapting them to the needs of VIP clients, integrating external systems, and optimizing individuals’ database.
His career has also been linked to the telecommunications and oil and gas industries, where he developed specialized software solutions. With deep knowledge in Delphi, C++, and SQL, he confidently works with Windows, Unix, and Solaris and fully supports the life cycle of software products—from design to implementation and optimization.
